I bought coins but they didn't appear.

Your purchase is safe. Fully close the app (swipe up from the home screen) and reopen it — this forces the game to check the App Store for any pending deliveries. If your coins still don't appear after a minute or two, email us below with a screenshot of your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out immediately.

My daily streak reset by mistake.

Streaks reset strictly at midnight in your local timezone. If you missed a day, a new streak begins fresh. If you believe this is a bug, please contact us below — include the approximate date and your device timezone and we'll investigate.
