I bought coins but they didn't appear.

Your purchase is safe. Fully close the app and reopen it — this forces the game to check the store for any pending deliveries. If your coins still don't appear after a minute or two, email us below with a screenshot of your App Store or Google Play receipt and we'll sort it out immediately.

My daily streak reset by mistake.

Streaks reset strictly at midnight in your local timezone. If you missed a day, a new streak begins fresh. If you believe this is a bug, please contact us below — include the approximate date and your device timezone and we'll investigate.
