1. Accounts & Identity Data

Tripix offers optional account creation to sync your progress across multiple devices. If you choose to connect an account via Google or Apple, we collect and store your email address, display name, and a unique authentication ID. This data is used solely to secure your account and sync your progress. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

2. Game Progress & Cloud Syncing

To safely save your game progress (including coin balances, daily streaks, guess history, and daily scores), the app securely syncs this data to our cloud database. We also generate a Device Identifier to manage local saves and handle cloud sync conflicts. This data is strictly used for core app functionality and is never used for external tracking or marketing. We may also collect basic technical information including your device platform, operating system version, app version, and region settings. This information is used solely to improve app compatibility and understand how the app is used across different devices and regions.

3. In-App Purchases

The app offers consumable In-App Purchases (Coins). All financial transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store and the Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including Google Cloud and Apple for secure user authentication, and third-party database providers to host your synced game data securely.

5. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account, identity data, and all associated cloud progress directly within the app at any time by navigating to the "Connect Account" menu and selecting "Delete Account & Cloud Data". You may also request deletion by emailing us directly at support@tripixdaily.com.
